Introduction
Linkkado respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process, for what purpose, and how we respect your rights.

• Email address and preferences when subscribing to our newsletter

• Data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA).
• If processing takes place outside the EEA (e.g., at
 google, Facebook, Sentex), this is done based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
• The former Privacy Shield is no longer applied.

Personal data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with statutory retention periods (such as 7 years for billing data).
 
5. Use of address data for shipping
When Linkkado receives shipping information (such as name, address, telephone number, or email address) from the customer for the purpose of delivering or shipping products or gifts, this personal data will be used exclusively for that specific shipping order.
The data will not be used for commercial purposes, will not be shared with third parties (except for logistics partners such as postal or courier services for delivery purposes), and will only be retained for as long as necessary to process the shipment and any follow-up (such as track & trace or complaint management).
This processing is based on Linkkado's legitimate interests and the execution of the agreement with the customer.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. 7. Your Rights
