Can I return products?

Unfortunately, printed and personalized items cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with the delivered items it is best to file a complaint, we will then look at an appropriate solution with you. Unprinted items may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they meet the following conditions*:

• Written agreement with a Mia or Rudi from Linkkado
• The products are in their original packaging
• The products are in their original condition *The return costs must be borne by the customer.
