Shipping policies and delivery times

Shipping costs

Shipping costs with us are determined by the amount of your order. For an order from:

• €0 - €200 excl. VAT, a shipping cost of €24.95 is added
• €201 - €450 excluding VAT a shipping cost of €19.95 will be added
• €451 - €700 excluding VAT a shipping cost of €15,00 will be added
• For orders over €701 excluding VAT, shipping is free.

Return policy

Printed or personalized products cannot be returned. Unprinted or non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided:

Written agreement (via letter or email) The products are in the original packaging The products are in original condition

The return costs are borne by the customer.

Delivery time

For unprinted delivery we use an average term of +/- 4 working days depending on the chosen product.

For printed deliveries we use an average term of +/- 8 working days depending on the chosen product.

This can always be deviated from in consultation and e.g. an express shipment can be used.  This way you are always sure that you receive the product at the desired time. Do you still have questions? Feel free to contact us.
